Requirements include proficiency in Google Suite applications, a high level of organizational skills, TMS applications and familiarity of financial applications such as Workday. **YOU WILL DO:** * Shipment Coordination: Oversee the logistics and order tracking for ETA requests for store supply shipments to ensure stores and DCs remain stocked with essential operating materials. * Store Delivery & Consolidation Release Management: Manage and maintain an accurate release schedule for all transportation runs to ensure seamless pickups and deliveries. Utilize GPS systems to monitor freight movement and provide real time status updates for DC scheduling. * KPI Reporting: Track and review weekly metrics to ensure KPI goals are being achieved. * Invoice/Payment Monitoring: Maintain the relationship with carriers and vendors concerning freight payments. Monitor and manage carriers’ open AR reports to ensure all invoices are accurately submitted for payment. Escalate to direct manager any concerns. **YOU WILL BRING:** * Education: A High School diploma or GED is required.
