This role serves as the critical connector between the Strategy, Portfolio & Governance (SPG) organization and the global Sites, SHE & Sustainability function with a focus on the Sites. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Architecture Business Partnering Functions with a dotted line to the Sites leadership team, you will champion our enterprise architecture practices while deeply understanding the unique complexities of Roche’s global site footprint, corporate real estate, and facility management operations. Crucially, in our federated Roche Digital Technology (RDT) model, you will act as the principal orchestrator of the Sites architecture network.
