Experience editing documentation, Experience proofreading documentation, Experience validating documentation, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Confident engaging diverse stakeholders, Proactively following up, Detail-oriented approach, Structured approach to tasks, Methodical approach to tasks, Manage multiple priorities, Manage deadlines, Knowledge of document registers, Knowledge of approval workflows, Knowledge of version control practices
Nice to Have
Previous experience as Technical Writer, Previous experience as proof reader, Previous experience as SharePoint Document Specialist, Previous experience with SharePoint
What You'll Do.
Understand purpose of controlled documents
Identify necessary changes to documented processes
Identify necessary changes to terminology
Coordinate audit of existing documents
Develop shared approach for drafting changes
Develop shared approach for implementing changes
Liaise with SCADA user SMEs
Gain approval for proposed changes
Track status of document reviews
Track status of document changes
Track status of document approvals
Follow up outstanding items
Apply controlled document policies
Apply controlled document processes
Coordinate document changes
