Ensure documents accurately represented
Ensure documents legible
Ensure documents divided
Ensure documents uploaded correctly
Review imaging system customer information
Review imaging system account information
Ensure data correctness
Scan batches on Imaging system
Quality control scanned batches
Index deposit/lending/retail document batches
Prepare files for scanning
Scan documents correctly
Perform Quality Control (QC)
Extract required physical loan documents
File loan documents in vault
Scan/index/rename for all departments
Import documents from Warehouse Lending
Import documents from Mortgage Private Banking
Update incorrect account information
Update incorrect customer information
Set up monthly folders
Index verified Boarding Data sheets
Assist with working incoming loan packages
Assist bank employees with imaging issues
Assist with special projects
