Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. _**Job Description:**_ Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Document Controller (Saudi National)** to join our team! **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Implements document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management. Administers data/document management applications. * Processes one or more document types through all procedural steps in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Ensures pre-established document control requirements (e.g., which document numbering system will be used depending on Client manual guidelines). * Receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases (e.g., ProjectWise, ParDocs, or a local server), and update tracking logs, transmittals, and other reports as required. * Provides assistance to project directors/managers and coordinates submissions with the client. * Prepares general correspondence and maintains general files. * Manages the filing, storage, and security of documents. * Prepares business correspondence and minutes of meetings. * Performs other duties commensurate with functional level and responsibilities. **What Required Skills You’ll Bring:** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university/institution. * 0–3 years of relevant work experience. * Knowledge of document control work processes and utilization of electronic systems for document management. * Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
