Full Job Description
**Location:** Taoyuan, Taiwan ## **Position Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Document Controller** to support the Microsoft Data Center project. This role will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation across engineering, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with project and client standards. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### Document Management & Control * Establish and maintain a structured document control system for all project documentation * Manage document lifecycle including submission, review, approval, distribution, and archiving * Ensure proper version control and document traceability * Maintain up-to-date document registers (drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, reports, etc.) ### Submission & Coordination * Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site teams for document submission and updates * Track document status (approval, comments, revisions) and follow up with stakeholders * Ensure timely submission of documents in line with project schedule and client requirements * Upload and manage documents in client platforms (e.g., Microsoft systems, Aconex, SharePoint, etc.) ### Compliance & Quality Control * Ensure all documents comply with project standards and Microsoft documentation requirements * Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing documents (format, completeness, naming conventions) * Support audit processes and ensure document readiness ### Cross-functional Support * Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors to ensure accurate documentation flow * Assist in preparing project reports, progress documentation, and handover packages * Support final documentation compilation for project close-out **Requirements:** ### Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * 3–8 years of experience in document control within **construction / engineering / data cent
