Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control and project coordination within the engineering and construction sectors, Advanced proficiency in ACONEX (Certified), Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Advanced proficiency in Unifier, Advanced proficiency in DocuSign, High proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel), High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional diploma in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Management)

What You'll Do.
Establishing and maintaining a robust Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
Ensuring all project correspondence
and submittals are processed with the highest level of accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Administering and leading the utilization of Electronic Document Management Systems
Managing system access for consultants and contractors
Overseeing and expediting workflows for RFIs
and method statements
Ensuring all project documentation adheres to the Document Management Plan (DMP) and corporate quality assurance standards
Preparing for and leading document control during internal and external audits
Generating comprehensive weekly
and quarterly status reports
Maintaining detailed logs and registers for all incoming and outgoing project correspondence and revisions
Supervising junior document control staff
Acting as a primary point of contact for contractors and vendors regarding document submission procedures and site access permits
Assisting Commercial and Contract teams with RFPs
and the maintenance of distribution matrices and responsibility registers

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring all project correspondence, drawings, and submittals are processed with the highest level of accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001 standards **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Systems Management: Administer and lead the utilization of Electronic Document Management Systems, including ACONEX, SharePoint, and Unifier.
