Eligibility Requirements

The position is based in Squamish, BC (Project Site), with an initial period at the Vancouver Office.

Must Have

7+ years of document control experience within LNG, oil & gas, mining, energy, infrastructure, or other major industrial environments, Experience supporting project documentation handover and transition into operations on the owner/operator side of a major capital project, experience with SharePoint Online administration and document management systems, Demonstrated experience developing and improving document management processes, workflows, and governance structures, understanding of controlled document lifecycle management, including revision control, metadata management, approvals, retention, and auditability, Experience working within regulated or highly governed operational environment, Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of technical and operational documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Process-driven mindset with continuous improvement focus, Demonstrated ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to Have

_**Project**_ The **Woodfibre LNG** Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. It involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the previous Woodfibre pulp mill site, which would have a storage capacity of 250,000 m3 and would produce approximately 2.1 million tons per year of LNG. **Woodfibre Management Ltd.** is a privately held Canadian company based in Vancouver and a subsidiary of Pacific Energy Corporation Limited. _**Position**_ The **Document Controller** is an integral part of **Woodfibre LNG's** dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Engineering Support, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the company’s controlled document management processes and systems to support the transition from project into operations. The Document Controller will play a key role in establishing scalable and efficient document management practices that support operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and long-term facility operations.
