Full Job Description
Our client is a global multi-energy company operating large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities. It transforms crude oil into fuels and essential industrial products through highly integrated and technologically advanced operations. The organisation is recognized for its strong HSE culture, operational excellence, and commitment to reducing environmental impact. Joining the company means contributing to complex international projects within a high-performance industrial environment. AGUP Phase 2 is the major full field development. It involves drilling around 221 wells, feeding a new built CPF, with a capacity of 210 kbopd. Oil will flow respectively at 60 to 80 kbopd from Yamama (~100 MMscfd) and 150 to 130 kbopd from LP reservoirs (~30 MMscfd). AGUP2 project will be developed with the objective to maximize economical results, with a particular focus on the CAPEX, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. The project development include several interfaces with other projects (mainly AGUP ph1, GMP and CSSP) which shall be managed in an optimized and agile manner. The country context is complex due to several factors and risks to be mitigated all along the project. Particular attention will be paid to the safety culture enhancement and to the local content that will be a key factor for the project success. • Use New PRODOM for day-to-day activities such as registration and integration of contractor-received documents, registration of transmittal sheets, definition and launch of review workflows (maintenance of a distribution matrix for this), follow-up and expediting of reviewing process, compilation of commented document, preparation of transmittal sheets out and transmission back to contractor. control the conformity of contractor-issued documents with regard to Project specifications and standards, using special tools for automatic control, commenting on the conformity of documents, and rejecting d
