We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller with around 5 years of experience in managing project documentation, formatting, and document control processes. The candidate should have strong expertise in document formatting, especially using Adobe InDesign, along with good knowledge of project documentation standards and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence in line with company procedures. * Ensure proper document numbering, version control, revisions, and distribution. * Perform high-quality document formatting and template management using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. * Prepare professional reports, technical submissions, presentations, and client deliverables. * Coordinate with engineering, project management, and client teams for timely document submissions. * Maintain document registers, trackers, and filing systems both electronically and physically. * Ensure compliance with project QA/QC . * Support bid submissions, project reports, and proposal documentation formatting. * Review documents for formatting consistency, grammar, layout, and branding standards. * Handle document transmittals and maintain records of incoming/outgoing documents. ## Qualifications Preferred Qualification * Bachelor’s
