7+ years of experience in document control in regulated or complex environments, Deep expertise in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Proven experience with government document control standards and compliance, Extensive experience with land, right-of-way (ROW), and property documentation, Experience supporting commercial, land, infrastructure, or government-related projects, knowledge of document lifecycle management and audit readiness, Demonstrated ability to lead processes and collaborate cross-functionally, Experience with SharePoint and Procore
