What You'll Do.
manage the day-to-day operations of our shipping and receiving office
track shipments accurately on our live board
maintain seamless communication between our dock and dispatch teams
oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth administrative workflow
receive and process all incoming/outgoing shipments
immediately update status changes on the company’s live tracking board
and organize all shipping and receiving documents
conduct thorough and accurate physical inventory counts at the conclusion of every business day
