Must Have
1-2 years related warehouse experience, High School Graduate or GED, Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Ability to prioritize and achieve objectives, Ability to handle multiple priorities, Ability to use thinking and reasoning to problem solve, Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work
What You'll Do.
Ensure facility safety rules are followed
Report safety violations immediately
Promote good housekeeping
Assist in driving facility safety audits
Assist in driving zone walks
Assist in driving quality audit programs
Release daily work to shipping associates
Provide daily work to shipping associates
Complete orders efficiently in EWM system
Run reports to maintain orders current
Ensure compliance of handling special customer requests
Liaise with Transportation
Liaise with Customer Service
Advise on requested information
Schedule outbound trailers
Include routing for customer needs
Track completion of all orders
Ensure completion of all orders
Partner with Coordinators to address piles
Address piles in shipping area timely
Update tracking logs daily
Update tracking boards daily
Update checklists daily
Assist in accurate processing of paperwork
Process BOLs for US customer orders
Process BOLs for International customer orders
Take action on processing incomplete orders
Ensure proper flow of shipping department
Ensure proper flow of small parcel area
Ensure proper flow of non-con area
Ensure proper flow of LTL lines
Ensure proper flow of sortation loop
Ensure proper flow of packing area
Assist Coordinators toward analyzing problems
Assist Coordinators toward detecting problems
Work toward problem solution
Assist with ASN process
Assist with wrapping pallets
Assist with loading pallets
Cover flexible hours if required
Perform other duties as assigned
