Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Act as a member of the Núcleo Docente Estruturante (NDE), contributing to academic planning and program quality. Mediate communication between the institution and students, ensuring clarity and engagement. Monitor and support students’ academic progress throughout their learning journey. Guide and assist learners in academic demands, doubts, and performance improvement. Design, plan, and execute pedagogical activities aligned with curriculum goals. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Implement innovative teaching practices and promote active learning methodologies. Foster student participation, collaboration, and engagement in academic activities. Maintain continuous and effective communication with students and academic teams. Fulfill all teaching responsibilities assigned to courses and classes. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology or related field (completed graduation). Master’s degree in Information Technology or closely related area. Relevant certifications in IT domains such as cloud computing, data, cybersecurity, or software development. Prior academic or professional experience in the technology field. Strong command of technical subjects related to IT disciplines. Experience with active learning methodologies and student-centered teaching approaches. Excellent communication, teaching ability, and student mediation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening capability. Organization, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary academic teams. Differentials: PhD in Information Technology or related area. Academic publications (journals, conferences, articles). Previous experience in higher education or distance learning (EAD). Advanced certifications or multiple specializations in IT. Practical industry experience aligned with teaching disciplines.
