The founder is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to become a key part of the business by managing client conversations, supporting daily operations, and ensuring content is consistently delivered across social platforms. ### The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to join a growing online coaching brand in a role that combines appointment setting, social media support, and personal assistant responsibilities. The successful candidate will become the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with leads through Instagram direct messages, nurturing conversations, booking discovery calls, and helping convert interest into paying clients. In addition, the role will support the day-to-day administration of the business and assist with content scheduling and posting.
