Act as back-up for payroll processing
Perform pay review escalation emails
Perform pay related audits
Adhere to defined processes
Ensure delivery in accordance with quality standards
Achieve Service Level Agreements
Escalate as appropriate
Maintain system records
Take ownership for query resolution
Take ownership for performance metrics
Highlight opportunity areas
Perform activities to ensure compliance
