What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of human resources experience, Knowledge of HR systems, 1+ years of experience in fraud or related investigations, Experience handling cases related to employee misconduct, fraud, or policy violations, Experience preparing investigation reports and presenting findings to stakeholders, Hands-on experience conducting end-to-end workplace investigations
Nice to Have
Experience exercising tact, initiative, ingenuity, resourcefulness, and judgment, Human Resources experience, Knowledge of federal and state disability laws regarding employees with disabilities, specifically ADA/ADAAA and FMLA, Adept at interpretation and administration of leave and disability programs and policies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, Proven ability to build relationships and influence others while working cross functionally with varying levels of the organization, Analytical and problem-solving skills in investigation scenarios
