What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 7+ years of Project Controls or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Demonstrated knowledge of complex program management concepts, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel skills, Fluent to read, write, and speak in English
Nice to Have
Experience with standard government agency reporting requirements (DoD), Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision, Ability to multi-task and prioritize under frequently changing deadlines, work ethic, mathematical/analytical skills, communication skills
What You'll Do.
Provide forward guidance
Develop and control baselines
Monitor schedule/milestones
Facilitate estimates at complete (EAC)
Process scope changes
Prepare customer report deliverables
Develop price/cost estimates
Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Perform maintenance and charge number control
Analyze program funding requirements
Track subcontractor costs
Track vendor invoices
Perform accounting and analytical tasks
Develop presentations
Implement process improvement initiatives
Participate in development of functional strategy
Balance multiple priorities
Carry out long-term objectives
Carry out short-term objectives
Identify complex problems
Diagnose complex problems
Resolve complex problems independently
