Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline, 10+ years merchandising, sourcing, or product development experience, Significant focus on hard goods categories, Mandatory prior experience managing end-to-end hardgoods sourcing operations specifically tailored for US retailers, Deep understanding of US retail landscape, Commercial capabilities with demonstrated track record in strategic supplier management, price negotiation, product development, and production follow-up, Commercial acumen with ability to balance customer needs, and maintain high standards of quality, speed, and margin performance, Experience leading cross-functional teams, Managing multiple priorities in fast-paced sourcing environment, Exceptional communication skills, Stakeholder management skills, Problem-solving skills, Team leadership skills, Fluency in English and Chinese
