Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health ensure timely resolution of findings Manage regulatory documentation, including OSHA logs, environmental reporting, and compliance records Incident Management Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses Implement corrective actions and ensure lessons learned are communicated across teams Track safety metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements Training & Development Oversee safety training programs to ensure workforce competency and compliance Mentor EHS staff and support their professional development Promote certification attainment and continuing education Contractor Oversight Evaluate subcontractor safety performance and ensure compliance with company standards Review safety plans, training records, and prequalification documentation Enforce accountability across multi-employer job sites Reporting & Strategy Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and metrics for executive leadership Support strategic planning and budgeting efforts related to EHS initiatives Serve as a liaison with clients, regulators, and external auditors Risk Management Guide risk assessments, hazard analyses, and planning
