Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in construction, industrial, or MEP environments, 5+ years of experience leading EHS teams across multiple projects or regions, Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and DOT regulations, Experience with safety management systems, reporting tools, and KPI tracking, Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have

Professional certifications such as CSP, CHST, ASP, CSHO, OHST, or STS, OSHA 510 and OSHA 501 certifications, OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain), Experience driving company-wide safety culture initiatives

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health ensure timely resolution of findings Manage regulatory documentation, including OSHA logs, environmental reporting, and compliance records Incident Management Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses Implement corrective actions and ensure lessons learned are communicated across teams Track safety metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements Training & Development Oversee safety training programs to ensure workforce competency and compliance Mentor EHS staff and support their professional development Promote certification attainment and continuing education Contractor Oversight Evaluate subcontractor safety performance and ensure compliance with company standards Review safety plans, training records, and prequalification documentation Enforce accountability across multi-employer job sites Reporting & Strategy Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and metrics for executive leadership Support strategic planning and budgeting efforts related to EHS initiatives Serve as a liaison with clients, regulators, and external auditors Risk Management Guide risk assessments, hazard analyses, and planning
