What You'll Do.
Track program assessment reports and curriculum proposals
Maintain academic materials repositories
Compile summary and basic data reports
Assist with accreditation documentation
Coordinate faculty hiring and orientation
Maintain faculty workload and credential records
Track faculty reviews and personnel timelines
Coordinate classroom observations
Serve as faculty administrative point of contact
Support student conduct and academic concern processes
Coordinate student meetings and appeals
Track recurring student issues
Ensure current degree maps and advising materials
Support recruitment and outreach logistics
Coordinate course schedules and staffing
Follow up on syllabus submission status
Assist with staffing on-ground courses
Maintain adjunct faculty contact information
Track divisional budget activity
Prepare budget and expense reports
Process purchase requests and reimbursements
Oversee disbursement of faculty funds
Coordinate divisional meetings
Coordinate external meeting logistics
Maintain external partner records
Assist with event material preparation
Handle confidential data
Maintain secure filing systems
