Our more than 600 dedicated nurses, care coordinators, nurse practitioners (NPs) and business professionals integrate and manage care for more than 20,000 patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end stage renal disease (ESRD) across the US each DaVita is dynamic, growing and entrepreneurial. We are seeking a Division Vice President (DVP) who is an ambitious, experienced healthcare executive to join our Village and to guide the operations of our dialysis services based out of Houston, Dallas, Louisiana or Atlanta. As the Southern Heat Vice President of Operations, you will manage a team of Regional Operations Directors and a Value-Based Care Market Director, ~75 clinics throughout Illinois with approximate annual revenues of $200-225M with 850 teammates. The DVP provides strategic, tactical and team leadership, counsel and direction to the field management of DaVita Kidney Care team to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care. Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth and integrated care opportunities, leads division performance, and works closely with the GVP, leaders and business development team to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values.
