**Job Title** Division Support Officer **Job Description** An excellent opportunity is available for a**Division Support Officer** to join the **Division Support Department** at Australia’s pre-eminent biomedical research institute. **About the Position** The Division Support Officer provides high-quality support to maintain the Division’s core operating rhythm. Reporting to the Division Manager, the role is responsible for the practical execution of agreed divisional planning, governance and operational processes. It focuses on maintaining cadence, documentation, records and follow-through so that divisional leaders and the Division Manager can operate effectively within a self-service Professional Services model. The role acts as a custodian of divisional systems and processes, ensuring they function reliably and consistently. It supports collective divisional activity by reinforcing the use of agreed systems, templates and pathways, and by maintaining clear, accessible divisional artefacts. The role also supports the planning and delivery of assigned Themes through coordination of seminar series, documentation and follow through. **Selection Criteria** Essential Knowledge and Skills: * Demonstrated experience in an administrative, operations or business support role within a complex organisation or a combination of relevant skills and experience * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage recurring cycles, deadlines and documentation. * High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and process discipline. * Confidence using common office systems, document management tools and collaboration platforms. Personal Qualities: * Reliable, organised and systems oriented. * Comfortable operating with clear boundaries and reinforcing agreed ways of working. * Calm, professional and service-minded without being reactive. * Collaborative and respectful in working with diverse stakeholders. * Takes pride in making systems and processes work well.
