Must Have
Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located, Active National Provider Identifier (NPI), Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
Nice to Have
1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy
supporting safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
following pharmacy workflow procedures
utilizing safety guardrails
assuming Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties
contributing to positive patient experiences
coaching the pharmacy team
proactively resolving insurance and/or medication issues
offering and delivering immunizations
supporting Pharmacy Technicians to learn to immunize
effective management of pharmacy inventory
following inventory best practices
protecting cold chain products
maintaining relevant clinical and technical skills
completing company-required trainings and CMEs
supporting access to care
improving patient outcomes through pharmacist delivered clinical care
providing holistic care
complying with all relevant federal and state laws
professional standards
and ethical complying with CVS Health policies and procedures
complying with controlled substance dispensing and recordkeeping
protecting patient privacy and security
maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
acting as a role model for all; setting the bar for the pharmacy team; supporting our pharmacy teams; directing the pharmacy team to follow pharmacy workflow procedures; coaching the pharmacy team; supporting Pharmacy Technicians to learn to immunize; guiding the pharmacy team to follow all inventory best practices; contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic; collaborating with the patient’s total healthcare team
