Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am), Must be able to pass background check, Possess a current, valid driver’s license, Physical demands: sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18 years old, High school diploma or equivalent, Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am), Must be able to pass background check, Possess a current, valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred, Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if a valid certification is not already in possession
What You'll Do.
Perform management duties at a home location
Support other bakeries in the market
Gain independence and learn from leaders
Lead in the absence of the General Manager
Provide ongoing coaching and training
Jump into different roles every shift
Ensure high-quality food and beverages
clean store environment
How You'll Work.

Expected to fill in for General Managers at other locations; Learn from additional leaders in the area
