bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university, Willingness to travel extensively

A minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is strongly preferred, High level business & financial acumen, Creative thinker with an ability to address challenges and deliver solutions, Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills, Initiative, execution oriented, Cross functional teamwork experience & skills, Uphold client/IQVIA values & ethics
What You'll Do.
Provide strategic leadership to a field-based sales team
Leverage market insights
customer requirements
and market access dynamics to achieve and surpass business objectives
Align district strategies with brand direction
and execute both district and account-level plans
Formulate district business plans that support and reinforce the national product strategy
Lead periodic district sales meetings designed to facilitate training and drive the implementation of the national product strategy
Contribute to the planning and execution of annual business plans
employee training initiatives
and regular sales meetings
Maintain comprehensive knowledge and management of territory-level sales targets and relevant incentive compensation programs
Conduct routine field visits to coach
and motivate sales representatives towards the achievement of sales
Assess field activity
review work schedules
and oversee field reporting including call documentation
and selection of talent within the district
Oversee performance evaluations
and disciplinary actions as necessary
Ensure compliance with promotional programs
appropriate use of promotional materials
and adherence to promotional expense budgets
Supervise timekeeping and acquire proficiency in CRM
and promotional systems
and ensure thorough training of representatives on these platforms
Review and approve expense reports and fully monitor adherence to company expense policies
Maintain consistent and timely communication with the Project Lead/NSM and the client
