What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of distribution sales experience of industrial components, 3+ years of supervisory / management experience of an outside sales team, Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, motivate, develop, and manage a sales team to profitable sales growth, Ability to drive productivity improvement and help account managers achieve higher sales levels, P&L familiarity, Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, Computer proficiency, MS Office, Ability to learn and use a CRM system, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related, Experience selling components and services within Fluid Process markets (fluid systems, fluid handling, fluid filtration, etc.)
What You'll Do.

Drive growth in revenue
Develop and execute district and territory sales plans
and closing activities
Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans
Build supplier and customer relationships
Partner with internal teams on inventory and strategic initiatives
