We are looking for a District Manager to support and grow relationships with automotive dealership partners within an assigned territory. In this role, you will act as a consultative partner—helping dealerships improve F&I performance, increase product penetration, strengthen processes, and drive long-term business growth. ## What You'll Do Dealer Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for dealership partners within your territory Build strong relationships with dealership leadership, finance managers, and sales teams Develop retention and growth strategies to increase wallet share and overall performance Support dealership groups and larger accounts in partnership with other District Managers F&I Performance & Training Deliver consultative guidance on F&I processes, sales performance, and dealership operations Conduct in-dealership training and coaching with finance and sales teams Demonstrate APCO’s F&I process and product offerings effectively Conduct performance reviews, competency testing, and follow-up coaching Support implementation and training initiatives related to APCO tools and programs Business Growth & Strategy Conduct dealership opportunity analysis and develop action plans for improvement Present recommendations and business strategies to dealership executives and owne
