What You'll Do.
Supervise and develop Shop Managers
and develop Shop personnel
Manage Shop performance and implement disciplinary action
Manage within established Union contract guidelines
Identify and develop internal candidates for management roles
Communicate territory goals and supervise efforts to achieve
Provide direction on selling techniques
and analyze monthly financial statements
and growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with shop operational guidelines
Maintain a plan for fast
friendly customer service
Resolve customer complaints
Support Shop Managers and Sales Associates
Communicate sales and shop expense goals
Coach for attainment of weekly
Allocate budgeted hours and monitor results
Prepare shop schedules within legal guidelines
Provide guidance on scheduling/staffing
Communicate and coordinate with Regional Sales Manager
Participate in investigation of reviews
Consult with Regional Sales Manager and Human Resources
Develop action plans with Shop Managers to correct
Oversee implementation of company policies and procedures
Maintain a plan for shop cleanliness and appearance
Monitor shop equipment and janitorial requirements

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping us grow and thrive in our second century. **Job Description Summary:** This position is responsible for meeting territory sales goals; insuring superior service to See's customers through the supervision of assigned Retail and Quantity Discount locations within a specific territory; and insuring that all operational aspects of locations function smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies and procedures. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $90,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities:** * Directly responsible for the supervision and development of Shop Managers, Asst. Managers, and Lead Associates within a territory including recruiting, selection, hiring, training and development of Shop Management; performance management and evaluation; and progressive disciplinary action when needed. When appropriate, manages within established Union contract guidelines.
