We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping us grow and thrive in our second century. **Job Description Summary:** This position is responsible for meeting territory sales goals; insuring superior service to See's customers through the supervision of assigned Retail and Quantity Discount locations within a specific territory; and insuring that all operational aspects of locations function smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies and procedures. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $90,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities:** * Directly responsible for the supervision and development of Shop Managers, Asst. Managers, and Lead Associates within a territory including recruiting, selection, hiring, training and development of Shop Management; performance management and evaluation; and progressive disciplinary action when needed.
