What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of medical sales experience with a proven track record of success, Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record per company policy, and active vehicle insurance policy, Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, dependent on territory geography, Demonstrated success in previous sales indicating a high level of sales performance, Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize own daily work routine to meet region requirements

Operating room sales, highly preferred

What You'll Do.

Achieve territory sales target

Oversee resources and field sales representatives

Identify business opportunities

Foster client relationships

Ensure effective sales of products

Develop and act on business plans

Prospect new customers

Develop clinical and associate sales team members

Position products and services

Develop strategies to counter competitors

Establish working relationships with key decision makers

Train and educate customers on product merits

Give presentations and demonstrations

Probe to understand customer needs

Handle objections and gain commitment

Manage assets and inventory

Initiate and evaluate corporate pricing agreements

Report on sales process

and customer activities

Utilize internal platforms for product delivery

and execute local educational and sales events

Represent company at industry conferences

Develop and maintain productive working relationships within company

Contribute to team effort

Recognize and understand competitive products

Provide high level of service

Adhere to company Code of Conduct

Ensure compliance with governmental laws and regulations

Represent company in a professional manner
