What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of medical sales experience, Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, active vehicle insurance policy, Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time

Nice to Have

Operating room sales, Demonstrated success in previous sales

Develop business plans

Formulate sales strategies

Program complex cases

Prospect new customers

Develop sales team members

Position products and services

Develop competitor strategies

Establish decision maker relationships

Train customers on products

Educate customers on products

Manage assets/inventory

Evaluate pricing agreements

Report on sales process

Report on market conditions

Report on customer activities

Execute product delivery

Coordinate sales events

Represent company at conferences
