We’re hiring a District Sales Manager at our rental facility in Milwaukee, WI. and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Primary Responsibilities Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential, maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Responsible for building a team. Recruiting sources, interview, hire, train and develop amazing people. Conduct reviews and performance evaluations as necessary to produce positive results. Assist location personnel in training for all system requirements. Ensure maximum sales performance at multiple locations. Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to understand their territory and business trends. Identify and recommend areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities and estimate profit projections. Monitor sales metrics including, but not limited to: fleet utilization; territory coverage; new account production; rate achievement; aged receivables and customer satisfaction. Effectively, clearly and accurately communicate information to keep the sales team informed of issues. Provide action items to improve issues with a sense of urgency. Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well defined expectations for the sales team members. Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement.
