As a District Sales Manager you will be responsible to manage Territory Manager's covering a specific territory with defined targets and defined resources Job Description _**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**_ Leads/supervises a team of 2 or more professionals. First level manager of a work team that could comprise professionals, technical and/or administrative staff. Typically, without budget or hire/fire authority. Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination. _**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**_ •Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organization's products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies and/or distributors. _**QUALIFICATIONS**_ _Education_ Associates Degree (± 13 years) _Experience/Background_ Minimum 4 years **Job Details:** _Major Duties & Responsibilities_ 1\. Achievement of monthly target per Product with a goal of achieving annual targets as well. 2\. Managing financial resources of the company assigned to the district specifically for promotional expenses that should lead to achievement of Targets. 3\. Managing TM's(per district). By ensuring that the KPI's expected of said TM'sare consistently achieved. 4\. Conduct Product Presentations/ Focus Group discussions for the team in case a resource speak
