# **District Manager Southern Germany & Austria (mfd)** **Munich** As a District Manager you lead a portfolio of stores of multiple brands, to deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. You serve as the primary leader for Store Managers, ensuring strong execution of retail standards, people development, brand expression, and continuous improvement. You act as the connector between store teams and headquarters, driving accountability, engagement and performance.
