# **District Manager Northern Germany & Poland (mfd) Berlin** As a District Manager you lead a portfolio of stores of multiple brands, to deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. You serve as the primary leader for Store Managers, ensuring strong execution of retail standards, people development, brand expression, and continuous improvement. You act as the connector between store teams and headquarters, driving accountability, engagement and performance. The goal is to ensure business growth in accordance with our Brands’ philosophy. **Let’s talk about the role!** * Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the District by analyzing performance trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and implement action plans to drive results. * Translate performance data into clear, practical insights for Store Managers, linking commercial results to in-store behaviours and actions, ensuring high standards of customer experience. * Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality.
