Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI targets across the district. Analyze store performance data and translate insights into actionable plans that improve commercial results and customer experience. Conduct regular store visits focused on execution quality, operational standards, and leadership coaching. Drive performance improvement plans in underperforming stores, providing hands-on support until sustainable results are achieved. Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, marketing campaigns, and visual merchandising across all locations. Oversee the opening of new stores and support recruitment and onboarding of store talent. Act as the main communication bridge between stores and headquarters, ensuring alignment on strategy and priorities. Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, and Asset Protection teams to ensure compliance and operational integrity. Monitor customer experience metrics and implement initiatives to continuously improve service quality. Foster a high-performance, people-first culture based on accountability, engagement, and teamwork. Requirements: Proven experience in a multi-store or district/area management role within retail or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong track record of delivering commercial results and improving operational performance across multiple locations. Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop and motivate Store Managers and teams. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into actionable business decisions. Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and high operational pace across geographically dispersed teams. Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 80%+, including overnight stays and flights). Fluent in English and German (mandatory). Residence within the assigned operational area.
