Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders. **Partner with the best** As a District Manager (Downstream Chemicals), you are responsible for: * Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars * Collaborate with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity) * Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process * Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed * Oversee the budget for Downstream P/L for the area of responsibility * Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans * This position will be focused on customer engagement, managing service delivery, sales and financial performance for assigned customers **Fuel your passion** **To be successful in this role you will:** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent * At least 5 years of experience with Chemicals. * Willing and able to travel to customer sites (50%) In designated area * Must be able to present information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner * Proven success in technical sales and customer relations * Proficient in MS Office Suite, (PowerPoint, WORD, Excel) * Ability to lead and influence others that are not direct reports * Willing a
