What You'll Achieve.
maximize district utilization and rental income; achieve PC monthly, quarterly and annual goals; maximize profits; achieve as needed; support new markets; increase overall exposure and revenue
Industry & Context.
Analyze and manage profit center cost structures; Recognize industry trends and create action plans; Review all Profit Center Profit and Loss Reports and adjust strategy; Develop actions plans for each Profit Center Manager; Review performance of stores relative to established plans and takes corrective steps
up to 75% travel, Employees must be able and willing to travel as needed, physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job

Excellent leadership and organizational skills, Ability to coach, mentor and develop subordinates, Previous proven supervisory skills, Must be able to motivate, inspire and achieve results through others, Proven ability to drive results in a manner that is consistent with Sunbelt values and goals, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors

Coach Profit Center Managers and Sales Representatives
Monitor JumpStart and Quick Start trainees
Develop bench strength through succession planning
