What You'll Do.

Develop and execute company business plans in designated areas or regions

Supervise and coach sales representatives to analyze and develop detailed execution plans

Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to promote the implementation of brand strategies in the region

Supervise and coach sales representatives to provide high-quality product information delivery

Plan and implement joint visits with sales representatives

Participate in the selection

and training/coaching of sales representatives

Regularly evaluate sales representatives' performance

help them develop personal development plans

and build a reasonable talent pipeline

Actively participate in and promote compliance projects

and convey compliance culture

Comply with the rules and regulations of the medical institutions covered or visited that are related to sales representatives or pharmaceutical companies
