3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, 1+ year of management experience, Good performance history, Logical thinking ability, Results-oriented, Good learning agility, Resilience, Achievement-driven, Empathy, Ownership mentality, Good regional business and personnel analysis skills, Ability to accurately identify regional opportunities, Ability to develop regional sales strategies based on key growth points, Strategies that are focused and fully support the achievement of growth points, Ability to develop clear, specific, and reasonable business objectives and key customer management objectives based on sales strategy, Ability to develop effective action plans based on sales strategy and objectives, Clear and reasonable follow-up and evaluation methods, Ability to set targeted and reasonable team and personnel management plans based on strategy, Matching human resource efficiency, Ensure the achievement of regional goals, Degree in medicine, pharmacy, chemical engineering, nursing, biology, or related fields
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute business plans in designated areas or regions
Supervise and coach sales representatives to analyze and develop detailed execution plans
Collaborate and coordinate across departments to advance brand strategy implementation in the region
Supervise and coach sales representatives to deliver high-quality product information
Plan and implement joint visits with sales representatives
Participate in the selection
and training/coaching of sales representatives
Regularly evaluate sales representatives' performance
help them develop individual development plans
and build a reasonable talent pipeline
Actively participate in and promote compliance projects
and convey compliance culture
Comply with the regulations of the healthcare institutions covered or visited regarding personnel related to sales representatives or pharmaceutical companies
