The District Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and overall talent and business performance across a region of 8-12 OrangeTwist centers. This role owns regional Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and leads strategies to increase client acquisition, expand membership adoption, optimize service mix, and maximize center productivity. The District Manager partners with Center Managers to build high-performing businesses, developing them into strong operators who take ownership of financial performance, team development, and client experience. Through data-driven decision making and disciplined operational execution, this leader identifies opportunities to grow each center and elevate regional performance.
