Combining leadership, coaching , and direct sales, your role will drive team performance and foster growth. You will conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions to keep your team motivated, accountable, and equipped for success. This position requires hands-on fieldwork, with at least three days per week in the field spent working directly with your team to support and guide them through the sales process. Additionally, you will focus on larger strategic deals within your territory and play a role in the recruiting process to ensure the team’s success.** ****Job Duties**** **As a District Manager, you will oversee the performance of your regional sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and alignment with company objectives.
