Reporting to Room Management, the Distribution Associate Trainer plays an essential role in developing talent within our business by collaborating and sharing best practices within their department. You help to quickly and efficiently promote the importance of quality for new hires in your room, all while making them feel welcome and supported. Through your hands-on approach to training, you support new hires to achieve their goals and targets and contribute to the success of the room. As a Distribution Trainer, you bring Lush’s Leadership Practices into all elements of your business: Be Real, Be Curious, Lead Fearlessly, Adapt and Evolve, Grow Talent, and Live with Purpose. What do you do (Responsibilities): Formally welcome and orient new hires to your room, ensuring their comfort and familiarity with the space, the team, the brand, Health & Safety practices, and the product lines. Execute hands-on training with all new hires, ensuring their confidence, competence, and comfort with production. Follow in-room training and onboarding plans to ensure consistency, equity, and success for new hires. Introduce employees to quality standards and room expectations while creating a fail-safe environment for practice and learning during their onboarding period.
