Must Have
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience, basic experience as typically acquired in a similar environment, inventory control, Case Picking, Supply Chain experience, written and verbal communications skills, time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize assignments, work within standardized policies and procedures, Basic knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), EPIC, related information systems, Interpret a variety of data and instructions, Work independently, accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions, Identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems, Ensure the privacy of each patient’s protected health information (PHI)

1 year prior experience with inventory control, 1 year case Picking and Supply Chain experience

We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** MPHS-Mills-Peninsula Medical Center **Position Overview:** Provides competent distribution of supplies and equipment to the facility departments mostly independently. Performs receiving and unpacking of supplies, rotates stock and checks for outdates materials and supplies as needed. Builds confidence and cooperation across lower-level staff and healthcare workers through highly competent job performance and effective communication. Adheres to and enforces local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of our patients. May also be responsible for performing specific tasks and/or orient other staff to the department. May be authorized to transport, control and deliver legend drugs and dangerous devices - including needles and syringes, non-prescription drugs, contrast media, and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION** HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN** 1 year requires basic experience as typically acquired in a similar environment. 1 year prior experience with inventory control. 1 year case Picking and Supply Chain experience. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** Possess written and verbal communications skills to communicate with fellow team members, supervisors, patients, and other hospital personnel.
