Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background, skills, and compensation requirements._ **Department:** Warehouse Operations **Location:** Greenville, SC **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. **_What you will do:_** * Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment * Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business units by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management * Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned areas of responsibility. * Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles and process improvement * Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
