What You'll Do.
leading a team to ensure the effective dispatch of all flights to our customer with accurate specifications
working alongside the Shift Manager to fulfill the accuracy of our stock control
delivering excellence in your work
ensuring the exceptional DO & CO quality is maintained at its highest level with maximum efficiency in accordance with DO & CO regulations as set by the Quality Assurance team
ensuring you adhere to all SOP’s and ALL relevant Critical Control Points
Food safety and all legal requirements with the DFT and security
defining systems of working to ensure quality of product
problems are resolved with solutions and continuous improvement initiatives are instigated
building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all department Heads
ensuring the provision of a positive and professional service that elevates the DO & CO reputation and any highlighted problems have an implemented solution
representing DO & CO daily with all internal communication with our department and to internal departments
proactively managing your time to be as efficient and accurate as possible with your work
ensuring the effective development
