This role will focus on operational tasks, collaborating closely with internal teams and 3PLs (third-party logistics providers) to maintain efficiency, resolve operational issues, and help improve logistics processes under the guidance of senior management. **Key Accountabilities** ** _Inbound Flows coordination_** * **Support inbound logistics** : Assist with coordinating the flow of shipments between shipping sites and 3PLs, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving minor issues as they arise. * **Assist with reception activities:** Help ensure effective communication between operational teams and 3PLs, ensuring efficient reception of goods and minimal disruptions. * **Monitor inbound flows efficiency** : Assist in optimizing inbound schedules and capacity utilization in collaboration with 3PLs, tracking performance to highlight opportunities for improvement. ** _Outbound management & Claims_** * **Assist with logistics claims** : Help investigate, and document logistics claims related to lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, escalating significant issues as needed. * **Support returns management** : Assist in tracking and managing returns, investigating root causes and supporting process improvements to reduce return rates. ** _Stock and Inventory Management_** * **Support stock monitoring** : Help track stock levels, assist with inventory reconciliation efforts, and address any discrepancies in collaboration with distribution sites and 3PLs. * **Ensure accurate inventory tracking** : Monitor stock turnover, ensuring compliance with inter
