What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, 3–4 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations, supply chain, or distribution planning, exposure to inventory management, exposure to customer service, Solid SAP expertise for tracking shipments end-to-end, knowledge of international logistics and trade compliance, knowledge of export/import regulations, knowledge of customs clearance, knowledge of duties & taxes, knowledge of transportation standards, Experience in inventory control and reconciliation, Experience in cycle counts, Experience in annual stock take, Experience in variance analysis, Experience in root cause corrective, Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), data tracking and reporting, communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
familiarity with APO and BW is an advantage, exposure to SOX-compliant processes is preferred, Continuous improvement mindset, experience supporting or leading operational improvement or cost optimization, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus, familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Copilot) is advantageous, ability to interact effectively across global teams and external partners, Self-driven, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment (+/- 2 hours flexibility)
What You'll Do.
Ensure material movement to meet customer demand
Serve as point of contact to work with
Ensure efficient movement of material
Address issue resolution
Receive distribution plan
Enter STO in accordance with distribution plan
Track STOs till material reaches destination warehouse
Monitor receipt of goods
Identify estimated receipt dates of shipments
Monitor 3rd party warehouses
Assist in trouble shooting
Perform GI for STOs/Customer deliveries in SAP
Perform GR of 3rd Party POs
Work closely with 3PL shipping sites
Ensure product safety
compliances and customer requirements
Perform monthly inventory reconciliation
Identify Root Cause for non-matching inventory
Perform subsequent actions
Lead annual counts for inventory
Write-off/Write-on of inventory
Work on improvement in operations area
Simplify operations through related projects
Support projects led by BU Logistics/Logistics Specialists
Monitor appropriate metrics
Conduct 1st level root cause analyses
Take appropriate corrective actions
Address logistics issues
Interact with various functions
Assist in resolution of operational issues
Maintain integrated relationship with Broker
Freight Forwarder and
Communicate any information required to prepare paperwork
Interact with corporate customs and international trade group
Coordinate import license needs
Provide required documentation
Interact with Distribution Requirements Planner
Execute processes for product delivery and product transfers
Manage/review/cross-check documentation for product delivery and product transfers
Manage/review/cross-check documentation for import/export activities and customs clearance
Serve as contact point for contract warehouse operations
Escalate issues associated with warehouse performance
Resolve short term exceptions
Coordinate with Logistics Specialist to perform Root Cause
Book space for containers with Freight Forwarders

Ensuring the efficient movement of material in support of minimum inventories and specified Customer Service Levels by addressing issue resolution, reviewing procedures, through SAP expertise and interpersonal skills with Logistics Suppliers * Receive distribution plan from Distribution Requirements Planner and enters STO in accordance with the distribution plan within the defined lead times required. * Ensure that all STOs are tracked till the material reaches the destination warehouse and is receipted in the source systems (SAP) - Follow product through transportation and into warehouse when released in customs, with appropriate SAP entries and monitor receipt of goods based on requests from CSRs/sales team or supply chain to identify estimated receipt dates of shipments * Monitoring 3rd party warehouses who does SAP transactions for DuPont, assist in trouble shooting - GI for STOs/Customer deliveries in SAP to support operations, GR of 3rd Party POs etc. * Work closely with 3PL shipping sites in the areas of labelling / repacking etc. to ensure product safety, compliances and customer requirements. * Monthly Inventory reconciliation for the plant codes handled along with Root Cause for the non-matching inventory and subsequent actions. * Lead annual counts for inventory to ensure inventory accur
