What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in partner management, distribution, supply chain, or B2B sales roles, Proven track record of managing and growing distribution partnerships, Experience with contract negotiations, inventory management, and performance optimization

What You'll Do.
Oversees the strategic management and development of relationships with distribution partners
Optimize supply chain operations
and ensure effective delivery of products or services
Build and nurture strategic relationships with distribution partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for all distribution partner activities
Negotiate partnership agreements
service level agreements (SLAs)
Monitor and evaluate distribution partner performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs
Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with partners to enhance performance
Implement strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency
Identify potential new distribution partners to expand market reach and improve supply chain capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales
operations) to align distribution strategies with overarching business objectives
Develop and execute growth plans
and joint marketing initiatives with partners
Oversee logistics and inventory management with distribution partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery of products/services
and stock replenishment processes with partners
Resolve supply chain disruptions and ensure smooth operations
Analyze partnership performance metrics
and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on partner performance and distribution channel effectiveness
Ensure partners adhere to company policies
regulatory requirements
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure product/service quality and alignment with company goals
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and distribution partners
